My work sits at the intersection of three areas I care deeply about: supporting college students, working with neurodivergent individuals, and helping men navigate pornography use and sexual integrity. Across all three, I find the same core struggles: shame, self-doubt, and a sense of being fundamentally misunderstood. I blend CBT, emotion-focused therapy, and self-compassion work to help clients think more clearly, feel more honestly, and treat themselves with the same grace they'd offer a friend.

In addition to psychotherapy services, I provide:

• Speaking engagements on mental health, faith integration, and professional development

• Consultation for psychology trainees, including individualized guidance and mock interviews for students preparing APPIC internship applications
